Ready, Set, Cook!

Most of us know what we’re not supposed to eat, but how many of us can cook a healthy meal on a busy schedule without making it taste like cardboard? At the Better Living Clinic, all our classes are designed to be easy, delicious and healthy. We hope you are ready for a jam-packed hour of cooking fun! Vegetarian cooking classes begin May 22nd at 4pm located in the clinic and will continue on the 4th Sunday of every month.
The cooking classes will be led by Carmeline Pierre, a passionate home cook and avid advocate of better living.
With over 30 years of healthy cooking and nutrition experience, Carmeline’s cuisine is loved and highly respected by many.
During the class, Carmeline will show you recipes, teach you simple steps toward a healthier life, and even let you taste the recipes! These all-vegetarian recipes can help one to lose weight, lower blood pressure, control diabetes and impress your family and friends with delicious flavors. You’ll be amazed by how easy, delicious and healthy these recipes are.
